Shipping and Processing Policy
We aim to process each unit within 10-14 business days, or sooner. This ensures timely processing and minimizes delays for our customers. Once your order is complete, we will ship your unit within the selected time frame. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, as we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
We do not count the days we are closed as working days.
We use USPS and UPS for shipping services. Once your unit is prepared for shipment, you will receive a tracking number. You will also receive a notification once your unit is shipped.
Shipping Time Frames:
VIP: Next business day (excludes our 10-14 business day processing and is only for units ready for shipment)
TOP PRIORITY: 1 business day (excludes our 10-14 business day processing and is only for units ready for shipment)
EXPRESS SHIPPING: 1-3 business days (excludes our 10-14 business day processing)
STANDARD SHIPPING: 3-10 business days + required processing time
PATIENCE SHIPPING: 10-14 business days + required processing time
FREE SHIPPING: 10-20 business days + required processing time
